Q: How old do you need to be to participate in the event?
You must be at least 21 to participate in this event. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be required to stay in the hospitality tent. No animals are permitted on the property.
Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A valid driver's license is required for you and your guest to participate.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Your RSVP code is good for you and one guest (over 21 years of age with a valid driver's license) to attend and participate in the Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience. Please enter your guest's name in the space provided on the RSVP form. If you would like to add your guest after you have completed the RSVP form or change your guest, please use the confirmation code provided to you in your confirmation email to edit your reservation. There is limited space available for each session. Be sure to register your guest in advance to ensure a spot at the Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience.
Q: What should I wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that will not hinder your driving.
Q: What should I do if there is bad weather?
The event will take place rain or shine.
Q: What if I am late for my appointment?
Please try to arrive 1/2 hour prior to your reserved time. If you are late for your appointment we will do our best to accommodate you in our next available spot.
Q: How long will my drive experience last?
You should plan to spend at least 2 hours at the Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience. Times will vary depending upon the exercises you participate in.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Please use the confirmation number provided to you to make any changes to your reservation or to cancel it, if necessary. Q: Where can I find my RSVP Code?
The Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience is an exclusive, invitation-only event. Your personal RSVP Code is included in the invitation sent to you via email or direct mail. You may have also received an invitation while visiting a Jaguar retailer or other Jaguar partner. Each RSVP Code is good for you and one guest, and can only be used once. Q: What happens if I choose to be put on the waiting list?
There is limited space available for each session at the Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience. If all spaces are filled for a particular session, you will have the option on the RSVP form of choosing a different date or time (if available), or being put on the waiting list for a specific date and time that best fits your schedule. If you choose to be put on a waiting list, you will be contacted directly by a Jaguar Concierge should a space become available, to confirm your participation.
Q: Are there any circumstances that would limit my participation?
Any staff member reserves the right to limit any person's participation due to things such as, but not limited to, apparent intoxication, or perceived inability to safely operate an automobile or partake in an activity.
