The Jaguar ALIVE Driving Experience: Activities
During the two-hour experience, participants enjoy a broad range of activities. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a Jaguar Concierge who introduces the upcoming activities in the four Jaguar "zones": Style, Performance, Technology and Refinement.
Jaguar Style
Discover the individual personalities of the 2012 and 2013 Jaguar models in the Jaguar Style Zone. After brief, yet informative presentations of the XF and XJ sedans as well as the XK Coupe and Convertible, experience the contemporary style and effortless grace of the flagship Jaguar XJ sedan on nearby roads.
Jaguar Performance
The Jaguar Performance Zone is centered around the autocross course. A professional coach introduces the driving techniques needed to master the circuit, and a professional driving instructor accompanies participants as they apply their newfound knowledge on the serpentine track.
Jaguar Technology
The innovations designed into every new model are highlighted in the Jaguar Technology Zone. After a briefing, guests discover how Jaguar instinctive technology inspires confidence and enhances driving control. These short courses include:
- Accident Avoidance, to experience how Dynamic Stability Control can help keep a vehicle on its intended path during an impending skid.
- Extreme Acceleration/Braking, highlighting the breathtaking performance and impressive stopping ability of the most powerful Jaguar production car - the limited-edition XKR-S.
- The recently added Instinctive All Wheel Drive™ course, designed to demonstrate how the new 2013 XJ AWD performs in icy, wet or snowy conditions.
Jaguar Refinement
A Jaguar car can transform your everyday driving. In the Jaguar Refinement Zone, guests can enjoy the accurate, concert-like sound of the new Meridian™ Sound System, and delight in the intricate design details and the precise operation of Jaguar driving controls. The event concludes as elegance, comfort and performance merge during the Luxury Driving Course.
