The premium package includes hard-drive based GPS navigation system with Traffic Message Channel, a 380-Watt Meridian™ 12-speaker premium audio system, rear camera parking aid, front parking aid with Touch-screen visual indicator, and Adaptive Front Lighting. The rear camera displays the area behind the vehicle on the Touch-screen when Reverse is selected, and features distance guides, while the front parking aid sounds signal provides a sense of distance from objects in front of the car. Adaptive Front Lighting considers vehicle speed and steering angle, and rotates the headlamps to cast light deeper into corners, improving visibility at night. The Meridian sound system can play both CDs and DVDs (when the car is stationary), and includes HD Radio® and SIRIUS® Satellite Radio with a three-month trial subscription required.

This option includes Blind Spot Monitor, Keyless Entry, electrochromic exterior mirrors, Intelligent High Beam and electric rear sunblind. In addition, when Premium Package is also fitted to the vehicle, InteractiveVoice™ is included. The Blind Spot Monitor uses side-mounted radar sensors to identify vehicles that cannot be seen in the doors mirrors or may be obscured. To increase safety and driver awareness, a bright amber icon illuminates in the appropriate door mirror when a hazard is detected. With keyless entry, you can approach the XF with the Jaguar Smart Key in your bag or pocket, pull the door release and the system unlocks the door and disarms the security system. Pressing any door handle button as you leave locks and reengages the security protection. By using a front-mounted sensor, Intelligent High Beam switches between low- and high-beam headlamps depending on oncoming traffic. InteractiveVoice™ lets you press a button on the steering wheel and use spoken commands to control the audio and available navigation systems, as well as the Bluetooth® connection.

XFR Speed Package: $3,900
Removing the top-speed limiter and adding a front-bumper aero splitter and rear spoiler with integrated brake light represents just the surface of this option package, available exclusively on the XFR. In order to allow the XFR to reach a top speed of 174 mph, the engine and transmission calibrations were modified, tire pressures changed and, of course, instrumentation was revised with a speedometer capable of displaying the top speed.3
