Quickly At Your Service
We will take your car to a Jaguar Authorized Retailer. If your car still can’t be repaired quickly, we organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 50 miles from home, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.*

When you call, we’ll ask you for:
o Your name
o Your location
o Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
o A brief description of the incident
o A contact telephone number
If your car has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
*All elements of Jaguar Roadside Assistance are available while your Jaguar New Vehicle Limited Warranty is in effect. Jaguar Warranty and Service Coverage applies to all U.S. specification vehicles retailed by authorized Jaguar retailers in the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
