Safeguarding customer information is important to us. We use systems, policies and procedures to maintain the accuracy of customer information and to protect it from loss, misuse, or alteration. Customer information is accessible by appropriate personnel who have a business need for the information. To use Jaguar Credit´s Internet services, such as Account Access or Electronic Funds Transfer or Enrollment, we require a certain amount of personally identifying information (e.g., name, social security number, account number and other applicable information) we can use to verify you as a Jaguar Credit customer. We use this to identify and access data in the existing relationship we have with you to provide you with the requested services.
