However far you plan to travel, we can make your lease a perfect fit.

We offer seven lease mileage options ranging from 10,500 to 19,500 miles per year. Choose the option that best suits your traveling needs.

Need even more miles? Plan ahead and build in prepaid extra miles at your contract inception for less cost per mile than what would be charged at lease-end!* And if you don´t use your prepaid miles, you will get a refund.**

*Additional mileage can be added only when the 19,500 miles per year option is chosen at lease inception.
**Lessees who purchase extra miles at lease inception, do not use them all at scheduled lease-end and do not exercise their purchase option will be reimbursed for unused prepaid miles provided the refund is greater than $1.

GAP Protection
Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) may waive the difference - or gap - between your insurance payoff and your outstanding lease balance in the event your leased vehicle is stolen or declared a total loss. This unique feature is included at no extra charge with your lease, provided you have the insurance required by your lease agreement. With GAP, you are only responsible for the insurance deductible, any past due payments, and amounts owing at the time of the incident. Certain restrictions may apply.

Peace of Mind
Peace of Mind allows customers who are 62 years of age or older at contract inception to lease or finance a new vehicle without the worry of creating a future financial burden for their family. Peace of Mind provides options to the estate in the event a customer passes away during the contract term. These options include turning the vehicle in without remaining contractual obligations or purchasing the vehicle.

Advance Payment Lease (APL)
The Advance Payment Lease permits you to prepay all monthly lease payments up front in one payment. At lease-end, a final invoice is generated for any unpaid excess mileage, Excess Wear and Use charges and other miscellaneous charges, if applicable.

Additional Security Deposits
With Additional Security Deposits you pay multiple security deposits at lease inception in exchange for a reduced monthly lease payment. Additional security deposits may be used to pay Excess Wear and Use, excess mileage or other remaining charges at lease-end. Any security deposit not used will be refunded at lease-end. Additional Security Deposits are not refundable during the term of the lease. This option is not available in New York.

You´ve got choices. Choose the one that´s right for you.

You have three choices available at the end of your lease. The choice you make is entirely up to you.

1. Purchase or lease a new vehicle.
Start by visiting your originating dealer* and selecting your next vehicle. While there, take the opportunity to look into the many finance programs and payment options we provide. If you will be returning your current lease vehicle, refer to #3 below.

2. Purchase your current lease vehicle.
If you choose to purchase your lease vehicle, please review the Purchase Option price in your Lease Agreement and return to your originating dealer. They can provide a final purchase price with taxes, facilitate lease-end requirements such as your signing of a federally required Odometer Statement and complete your purchase transaction.

3. Return your current lease vehicle to your originating dealer.
If you decide to return your lease vehicle, there are a few things you will want to do before returning the vehicle to help ensure a smooth process:

     • Review the Wear and Use section of this Web site. It explains the return process and will help you identify if your vehicle has any Excess Wear and Use or Excess Mileage. One of the advantages of identifying Excess Wear and Use before returning your vehicle is that it allows time to process claims if damage is covered under your insurance policy.
     • Contact your originating dealer and schedule a vehicle return appointment. Take this opportunity to discuss:
o Any Excess Wear and Use you have or think you may have.
          o Your replacement vehicle needs.
     • Determine if you have WearCare®. If you purchased WearCare® when leasing your vehicle, many Excess Wear and Use charges may already be covered – refer to your WearCare® Addendum for details.
     • Make needed repairs. If you do make repairs to your vehicle, please keep any receipts in case they are needed to verify repairs made.
     • Return your vehicle to the originating dealer by the lease-end date. To fulfill your lease obligations, you need to be present at vehicle return to:
o Review and sign the Odometer Statement (required by federal law).
o Pay any Excess Mileage and Excess Wear and Use charges.

Be sure to discuss these choices with your dealer. They can help you decide which choice will be right for you.  Refer to your Lease Agreement for full details.

*If you´ve moved and now live more than 75 air miles from your originating dealer, you may return your lease vehicle to a participating Jaguar dealer. Be sure to contact them for an appointment prior to vehicle return. If you are having trouble locating a participating Jaguar dealer, please contract our Customer Service Center.

Don´t think of returning your vehicle as the end. Think of it as a new beginning.

Returning Your Vehicle
Approximately 120-150 days before your lease is scheduled to end, a Lease-End Brochure will be sent outlining what to expect when returning your lease vehicle.

When you return your vehicle to Jaguar Credit, its overall condition will need to be evaluated to determine if there are areas of chargeable Excess Wear and Use. To help you prepare in assessing the condition of your vehicle, a Wear and Use Evaluator Card containing Normal Wear and Use measurements, as well as some useful guidelines are included in the brochure.

Inspecting your vehicle provides you with options that will help avoid charges at the end of your lease. Your dealer can provide needed repairs, genuine Jaguar parts, service and expertise on whatever is needed to prepare your vehicle for return.

Approximately 35-45 days before your lease is scheduled to end, you will be contacted by either your originating dealer* or a vehicle inspection company** to arrange a date for your vehicle inspection. This inspection is a standard practice and recommended so that you will be aware of our assessment of Excess Wear and Use on your vehicle. If for some reason you are not contacted about an inspection, contact your dealer for assistance.

On or before the scheduled lease-end date, return your vehicle to your originating dealer.* We suggest scheduling an appointment for vehicle return in advance to ensure that your dealer will be ready to support your needs. In addition, failing to return your vehicle on time could result in additional charges as described in your Lease Agreement. To fulfill your lease obligations, you need to be present at vehicle return to:
     • Review and sign the Odometer Statement (required by federal law).
     • Pay any Excess Mileage and Excess Wear and Use charges.

*If you´ve moved and now live more than 75 air miles from your originating dealer, you may return your lease vehicle to a participating Jaguar dealer. Be sure to contact them for an appointment prior to vehicle return. If you are having trouble locating a participating Jaguar dealer, please contact our Customer Service Center.

Some types of vehicle damage considered Excess Wear and Use may be covered by your insurance policy.  If this is the case, be sure to allow sufficient time for claims to be processed and repairs to be completed before vehicle return. Additionally, if you purchased WearCare® at lease inception you´re likely covered for Excess Wear and Use up to $2,500 (see your WearCare®Addendum for details)!

Excess Mileage
If the mileage on your vehicle exceeds that allowed in your Lease Agreement, you will be responsible for paying for the additional miles driven. Please refer to your agreement for miles allowed and excess mileage charges. These charges will be collected at vehicle return.

4. Return your vehicle to your originating dealer.
If you decide to return your vehicle, there are a few things you will want to do before returning the vehicle to help ensure a smooth process:
