    JAGUAR RIDE AND HANDLING

    The E‑PACE chassis has been developed to deliver agile and refined on-road dynamics. Aluminum chassis components are used to improve suspension performance by increasing rigidity. To increase ride comfort, the E‑PACE has a fully independent suspension system with a multi-link rear suspension design.

    ALL-WHEEL DRIVE

    For performance across a wide range of conditions, the All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system intelligently controls torque distribution between front and rear axles. Drive torque is balanced across both axles to fully utilize the available traction from all four tires.

  • E-PACE Active Driveline.

    ACTIVE DRIVELINE

    Standard on the P300 engine, Active Driveline provides increased agility by optimizing traction and providing rear-wheel-drive handling characteristics. The system allows up to 100% of rear axle drive torque to be distributed to either rear wheel, according to available grip.

  • E-PACE SUV All-Surface Progress Control.

    ALL-SURFACE PROGRESS CONTROL

    All‑Surface Progress Control (ASPC) helps give added confidence in slippery conditions. It’s a low-speed cruise control that helps the E‑PACE cope with low-traction situations, whatever the weather, allowing you to concentrate on steering.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

There are two Ingenium engines available for the Jaguar E‑PACE: the 296 hp, which emphasizes power and sheer driving pleasure, and the 246 hp, which offers fuel economy and refinement. Ensuring that you are always in the optimum gear, maximizing fuel efficiency and acceleration, the 9‑speed automatic transmission in the E‑PACE is highly responsive and smooth.
