HOW TO DISCONNECT REMOTE VEHICLE ACCESS
Victims of domestic violence may submit a request to terminate an individual’s access to InControl remote services.
Required Documentation
Please submit the following documents based on your state of residence to verify your identity and legal right to control the vehicle:
California Residents:
· Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
· Proof of Legal Possession – Please provide one of the following documents:
o Legal title to the vehicle indicating your name as the owner or lessee.
o A dissolution decree, temporary court order, or domestic violence restraining order that awards you with possession or exclusive use of the vehicle.
Louisiana Residents:
· Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
· Certified Court Order: A protective order, temporary restraining order, or another official court document showing that the individual has committed domestic abuse, sexual assault, or stalking.
· Proof of Legal Possession: A legal title showing ownership interest in the vehicle, or a certified judgment granting you exclusive use of the vehicle.
All Other States:
· Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
· Proof of Legal Possession: A legal title showing your name as the owner or lessee, a court order awarding sole possession or ownership of a vehicle to such driver, proof of marriage of the driver and the owner of the car at the time the car was bought or leased.
o Or other proof as determined by the commissioner (for New York Residents)
· Signed Attestation: A written, notarized statement confirming you are a victim of domestic violence.

Please submit the required documentation to privacy@jaguarlandrover.com with the subject line “Disconnect Remote Vehicle Access”. In your email, specify the full name of the InControl account user whose access you would like to terminate.
Our team will review your documentation and contact you if anything is missing. Upon approval, we will notify you once the disconnection is complete.
